Please note:
On black or extremely dark garments there may be a need for a white under base print. This results in an additional color and screen needed to ensure the quality of the print. For any CMYK prints there will be four colors used. Simulated process work typically uses 5 or 6 colors.

- Minimum order and reorder is 24 shirts of same design.
- FREE Shipping on all orders except Alaska & Hawaii.
- Turnaround time is 5-10 business days upon approved artwork and deposit of 50% is received.
- Rush Service of 3-4 days is 10%

| Payments |
| We require a deposit of 50%, excluding tax. This is to ensure that our customers have a printed invoice and proof of their order. It also ensures us that the order will be picked up and received on or prior to promised date. Any printed garments left with us will be charged a 10% restocking fee of initial garment price monthly. |

| Complete Graphic Design Services |
| Our graphic design team is capable of animation, corporate identity packages (logo, business cards and stationary), print media (including, but not limited to rack cards, tri-fold brochures, one-sheets, and postcard mailers), web design (including, but limited to, websites, landing pages, advertisements, and social media page expansion). Our design work, whether for print or web, is meticulous and we are proud to produce fully prepared, pre-press files for our clients. Ask about our trusted partners for printing, web hosting, etc. |
| We can customize your artwork or you can supply us with your own artwork. We charge a standard $50 per hour for our Graphic Design Services. Prices can vary on complexity of design. |

If you supply us with your artwork:
- Art files must be in vector format with fonts outlined and saved in .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .psd files. Photoshop files must be saved at 300 dpi with layers not flattened.
- .eps and .wmf vector files are available at www.clipart.com, or www.yourartpages.com, email item# and we'll download for you.

We do simple artwork for FREE with an apparel order. If your artwork is complex, we will estimate the cost before we begin. We will provide a digital proof for your order before we print.

Production Turn Around Time:
Standard turn around time is 7-10 business days upon receipt of apparel and approved artwork. This does not include transit time if your order is to be shipped. If you need your order faster than that, we will do our best to meet your deadline. We do offer RUSH Service.
Payment:
Payment is due when your digital proof is approved by you. Check, all major credit cards accepted. We accept payment online, over the phone, or in person.
Shipping:
Shipping Fees are based on weight and zip code. We use UPS and FedEx Ground rates. Please indicate if we are shipping to a business or a residence. |
